1. This website is prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
2. It is the “clients” responsibility to read and agree with all the terms & conditions prior to making any bookings.
3. All photos and information used on the website is intellectual property of VIP Parties.
Bookings, Deposits & Cancellation
1. To make a booking fill out the request form on the website, call or WhatsApp us.
2. A deposit is required to secure all bookings and are NON-REFUNDABLE in the case the “client” cancels or becomes not contactable the deposit is will be taken as cancellation.
3. In the case of an emergency and booking needs to be postponed, depending on the details and location the deposit may be credited or partially credited to a new date.
4. If at any time the client wishes to change a scheduled date, venue, address or time of the models arrival, additional fees may apply. In the the client refuses to pay these additional fees, VIP reserve its right to cancel your booking without refund of your deposit.
5. Booking fees or deposits will NOT be discounted or negotiated in the event that the model arrives early or late. Any and all remaining balances or miscellaneous charges (parking, valet, etc.) must be paid to the entertainer immediately upon their arrival. Failure to pay these amounts will allow VIP to deduct the outstanding amounts from your CC.
6. In the event that a model is late, the model will endeavour to make up for the delay by ensuring that the performance is extended by the time lost as a result of the delay.
7. The client agrees and acknowledges that VIP may be required to provide an alternative venue or model in the event that the client’s requested venue or model is unavailable due to any reason including illness and/or prior commitments. In the event VIP has provided the client with an alternative venue or model, the client agrees and acknowledges that this is not grounds to seek a refund.
8. Where the client makes a booking, and the venue is managed by a Third Party (such as a Boat, Hotel or Serviced Apartments), the client acknowledges that booking is subject to the clients compliance with the terms and conditions of the Third Party Venue, and VIP will not be held liable, in any way, if the venue cancels the clients reservation, accommodation, or otherwise terminates the client’s use of the venues services for any reason, including not complying with the venue’s terms and conditions, or policies. In the event that the event cannot proceed as a result of the client’s inability to access the Third Party Venue, the client agrees and acknowledges that it is liable for payment of the full Invoice issued by VIP.
9. VIP reserves its rights to reject any booking or purchase at its discretion and to cancel an order or refuse service to anyone at any time. When using this site or making a purchase the client declares that they are above the age of 18 and all attendees at any event are also all above the age of 18.
10. Unless otherwise agreed, bookings are only accepted once the quoted non-refundable deposit is received. Provisional bookings can be made, however VIP reserves the right to cancel provisional bookings to allow the model to accept other bookings.
11. Overtime or penalty rates may apply if a job takes longer than the booked hours.
12. If a job continues beyond the booked hours, the job will be additionally invoiced for the overtime in minimum 30 minute increments.
13. Unless otherwise agreed, travel charges will apply where model travels more than 30 minutes outside of the CBD. It is agreed and acknowledged by the client that the VIP will use google maps to confirm the travel time in minutes from the capital city to the event address. It is further agreed and acknowledged that travel time will be charged at $1 per minute for the entire trip duration for trips exceeding 30 minutes travel time, per direction.
14. Unless otherwise agreed, travel charges will apply where model travels more than 30 minutes outside of the CBD. 15. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information may result in your booking being cancelled with applicable cancellation fees.
16. If the client does not inform VIP, or otherwise omits information about the attendees of any party, including a mixed group of males and females in attendance, the model has the right to refuse providing the client with services, and loss of any amounts paid, together with cancellation fees will apply.
Privacy
1. All information provided by the client is kept confidential and only required details for the booking is provided onto the models & venue etc.
2. No camera, phones or any other recording devices are to be used at any time without models/venue permission. Models are not required to pose for photos and you are caught taking photos without permission the model has the right to leave the booking immediately and you will not be refunded or reimburses for the remainder.
3. Everyone has a right to their own privacy and our models respect clients privacy by not looking them up on social media or contacting them outside of the booking and we ask clients to respect the same rules.
Bonds
1. The client agrees to pay a bond (if applicable) to be held in case of any damage to venue or boat. The client agrees that all damages to the cruise boat or venue will be paid for as determined by VIP. The client agrees any cost of damages will be taken out of the bond. If the damage exceeds the value of the bond the client agrees to pay any additional costs including VIP’s legal costs to enforce payment, on an indemnity basis.
2. In the event that a bond is not held or provided the client agrees to pay for any damages made by any member of their group to the boat.
3. If food scraps, excessive mess, or vomit is left on the floor of the cruise boat or venue, during the course of a charter or event, VIP will charge up to a $500.00 cleaning fee, which can be deducted from the bond without further notice to the client.
Payments

2. You agree that all information you provide to us during your use of the website is correct to the best of your knowledge at the time you supply it.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient credit or funds are available in the relevant acccount at all relevant times to enable payment of an invoice.
4. Where a payment is declined by your nominated financial institution for any reason your payment transaction will not result in payment of your invoice and your invoice will remain unpaid. You will be responsible for any additional fees and charges levied by either your nominated financial institution or VIP as a result of non-payment.
Liability & Disclaimer
1. VIP is not be liable for any delays in an model’s arrival or failure to provide services, if this is caused by labour troubles, strikes, lock-outs, war, riots, fire, flood, storm, accidents, shortage of materials, breakdown in factories or acts, rules, regulations, orders or directives by any governmental body or any act of any god beyond VIP’s control.
2. Models are not employees or contractors of VIP. They are referred to you by us for the agreed booking fee. VIP, its affiliates or websites makes no claim as to the character or background of the entertainers and therefore VIP and its affiliates are released from all liability.
